I don’t typically take newborn portraits, but I LOVE IT!! I think that I post so much about all the weddings and engagement sessions I do that often people don’t think that I photograph other seasons of life. Here’s your PSA that I do!! 

This newborn session was so sweet! I went to school with this baby boy’s momma and I know all the joys she was feeling during the beginning newborn days. They are extremely hard to adjust to and you’re never fully prepared for all that a baby means, but this momma was rocking it! 

In my opinion, if your baby is happy, healthy, and safe then you are doing it right!! There are so many opinions out there on the internet and that your friends, family, and even strangers tell you that it can be very overwhelming! You never know what advice to take or what’s the “right” way of doing things. I’m here to tell you, there is no right way! Just enjoy all those baby snuggles and keep your little one happy and healthy! They won’t ever remember the rough nights or difficult times, but you will! You will remember and cherish each and every moment when your kids are so grown that a random hug is the joy of the month.
